Job summary

Sushi Sushi is seeking a Store Manager for our new Seven Hills store. You will lead a team of Sushi Artisans and deliver world-class sushi and customer service to every guest.

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll drive KPIs, manage stocktakes, COGS and labour, and create an environment focused on food safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, while mentoring staff to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• A passion for sushi and the customer experience.
• 1–2 years of experience leading and motivating a team.
• Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sushi production is preferred but not essential, a willingness to learn is a must.
• Full working rights within Australia.

• Lead and develop a team aligned to the Sushi Sushi values.
• Create an environment where the team can deliver the ultimate customer experience, every single time.
• Understand store KPIs and drive sales growth by proactively seeking out opportunities to improve the store's presentation, product and customer experience.
• Ensure the store continues to produce only the highest quality sushi.
• Lead an environment committed to food safety and workplace safety.
• Manage stocktakes, COGS and labour within your store, always striving for continuous improvement.
