Hype DC is Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer seeking a Store Manager at the Sunshine Plaza location. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver the brand vision, and drive store sales to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

You will be on the floor, coach and develop staff, and coordinate with Area/State managers to ensure operational excellence and growth opportunities within a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading premium retail teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPI targets.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.

• Experience managing rosters and cost efficiency metrics.
