Job summary

Hype DC Erina, Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, is seeking a Store Manager who will deliver the brand vision, build a high-performance culture, and drive operational excellence.

You will be on the floor 80% of your week, leading a large team, coaching staff, managing rosters for cost efficiency, and delivering memorable customer moments across omni-channel experiences while keeping the store safe and engaging.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven sales record.
• Experience driving KPI targets and achieving sales goals.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and coaching large store teams.
• Ability to manage rosters for cost efficiency and coverage.
