Hype DC Sunshine Plaza is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to lead and execute the brand vision, establish a high-performance culture, and deliver operational excellence in-store.

You will be on the floor ~80% of the time, coaching a large team, driving multi-million dollar sales and ensuring memorable customer experiences through strong leadership and visual merchandising excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
• Running a multimillion dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics
• Delivering on the brand vison and strategy
• Being on the floor 80% of your week to keep the customer at the core of decisions
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
• Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store
• Ensure our stores are best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
