Formación

• Experience leading a team in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Ability to recruit, train, and roster staff.
• Strong focus on sales, service and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate Boosties to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, and roster team members to build a capable, high-performing store.
• Drive store performance by managing sales, labour, stock and costs.
• Create memorable customer experiences and connect with shoppers.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation and daily operations.
