Boost Juice is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our team, drive customer service excellence, and push store performance to new heights across our casual Australian brand.

The successful candidate will manage rosters, stock, recruit and develop Boosties, and own P&L influence, KPI attainment, and sales targets, delivering 100% energy every shift. Join an iconic Australian brand with career progression and a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
• Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.
• An understanding of P&L’s and how to influence them.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.
• Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!

So what are we looking for in a Manager?

Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.

Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.
