Job summary

Boost Juice in Townsville is seeking a full-time Store Manager to motivate the team, deliver 100% customer service, and grow Boosties into future leaders. You will manage rosters, stock, and sales targets while developing staff to improve profitability and store performance.

Ideal candidates bring store management experience in retail or hospitality, a solid understanding of P&L influence, and a passion for excellence in customer service and team development.

• Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.

So what are we looking for in a Manager?

Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.

Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.

An understanding of P&L’s and how to influence them.

Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.

Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.
