Job summary

Supercheap Auto Belmont is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead a high-volume store and a 20+ team. You will drive sales, develop future leaders and foster a welcoming environment where customers love shopping and staff enjoy coming to work.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll partner with the wider Super Retail Group to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store standards and safety, and grow with ongoing career development opportunities across 750+ locations.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Automotive retail knowledge or interest is a plus.
• Operational know-how: visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.
