Supercheap Auto Perth Metro, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a people-focused Store Manager who can coach teams, drive sales and deliver outstanding service on the shop floor. You’ll balance strong leadership with hands-on supervision to ensure safety, store standards and customer satisfaction.

Lead a 15+ team, develop future leaders, enjoy a balanced schedule with only 1 in 3 weekends, weekly pay, and generous discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience leading by example and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of automotive retail and brand standards.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.
