Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for Mackay, a large format retail location, to lead and develop a team of 30. You will drive high-volume store performance, sales across departments, and exceptional customer service in a busy market.

You will recruit and induct staff, manage P&L, and implement training to retain top talent. In return, you’ll receive a base salary of AUD 90,000 plus super and profit share, plus extensive retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Large retail / big box retail management experience.
• Experience in managing a profit and loss statement.
• Strategic leader with commercial mindset.
• Confident in working under pressure.

About you

As the Store Manager, you will be leading and developing a team of 30 in their Mackay location. You’ll take the reins of high volume retail operational store which includes developing a team including Department Managers and sales assistants. You’ll be responsible for driving performance and sales across multiple departments whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the Store Manager, you are a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives under pressure and communicates clearly. A key part of your role will be in your ability to attract, develop and retain top talent in your team. You will be responsible for recruitment and induction workshops to ensure your team is consistently engaged and delivering sales results.
