Responsibilities include driving sales and service performance, staffing, rostering, and local marketing, while expanding sustainable two-wheel transportation across Western Australia. A dynamic leader will foster honesty and community spirit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading retail or service teams with energy and empathy.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer hospitality and culture.
• Ability to analyse store metrics and drive revenue across retail and service.

Responsibilities

• Set welcoming tone across showroom floor and service reception; mentor team.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent through coaching and training.
• Establish sales and workshop targets; monitor performance and celebrate wins.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day obstacles to ensure smooth customer and team experiences.
• Manage rostering, store admin, payroll sign-offs within budget.
• Oversee stock counts, inventory integrity, and merchandising standards.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach aligned with brand campaigns.
