Job summary

Retailworld Resourcing is sourcing for a Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new Galleria store in Australia. You will build a high-performing team, set the store culture and deliver memorable customer experiences from day one.

In this role you will drive sales, nurture leaders, manage rostering and visual standards, and create inspiring displays. The ideal candidate will have prior store management or assistant store management experience and a passion for home, interiors and premium

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Experience within homewares, interiors, furniture, lifestyle or premium retail.
• Passion for styling, visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commercial confidence with ability to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style.
