Mimco, a design-led brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Highpoint to lead and develop the team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong store performance.

You will work with the Cluster Manager to drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure brand standards across departments, focusing on leadership development and retention.

As an Assistant Store Manager for Mimco, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
