Job summary

City Chic Collective in Darwin is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance.

You will coach staff, maximise sales, manage stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards while maintaining safety and budget targets. The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail management experience, a passion for fashion, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager role supports the Regional Manager and have overall responsibility for the success of the store. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role, where no two days will be the same. As the Store Manager will you be responsible for:

• Maximising Sales Growth by providing exceptional customer service
• Building Customer loyalty
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPI's
• Lead, manage and supervise team by providing coaching, mentoring and training.
• Managing and achieve store KPI’s such as sales targets, wage budget and margin
• Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards.
• Inventory control and managing loss prevention
• Manage overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies and standards.
