Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction is seeking a Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Store Manager ready to advance. You will lead a 15-strong team, drive sales, ensure seamless operations, and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail and support store excellence.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of 10+ to 15 associates, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences through coaching and development.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising and visual standards.
• Maintain safety culture and WHS compliance across the store.
• Support a healthy work-life balance with smart scheduling.
