OPSM is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Strathpine team. No optical experience is required – world-class training is provided to ensure you feel supported and confident delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer-focused
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate and capable retail team
