Job summary

The Reject Shop in Victoria, Australia is offering a hands-on store-management role where you’ll lead a floor team of 10–15 staff and drive daily operations from stock to service and standards. You’ll work on the shop floor, not in an office, with a clear path to growth as the business expands.

You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
