Job summary

The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy discount store in Victoria. You’ll lead a team of 10–15 on the floor, oversee stock, service and standards, and drive store performance with a practical, on-the-floor approach.

You’ll enjoy no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three consecutive days off every second weekend, plus a clear path to grow with a global retailer as Australia’s business scales.

Qualifications

• Must have led a retail store, service or similar operation on the floor.
• Strong team leadership and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with on-floor, hands-on management and achieving standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock, service and standards; drive store performance.

You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get: From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
