David Jones is seeking a Store Manager for Chadstone, one of Australia's premier retail destinations. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with concession brands, and drive elevated customer experiences across all touchpoints.

As Store Manager of our Chadstone store, you will lead one of David Jones' most significant retail destinations. Located within Australia's premier shopping centre, Chadstone presents a unique opportunity to influence a high-performing team, partner with an exceptional portfolio of local and international brands, and deliver elevated experiences to thousands of customers every day.

You will coach and mentor your leadership team to foster a customer-first culture, inspire strong commercial performance and create seamless experiences across every touchpoint. Working closely with brand and concession partners, you will leverage your commercial acumen and leadership capability to drive growth, engagement and operational excellence.
