Sephora Australia in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists and Department Managers, reporting to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager. You will champion Sephora's client-first culture, develop talent and ensure the store delivers exceptional beauty experiences.

You will drive a selling culture to meet KPI targets, manage day-to-day operations, events and visual merchandising, and oversee stock and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience at a large retailer or multi-site operation.
• Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Strong organizational, analytical and business-management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and develops staff on the shop floor.
• Ability to attract, identify and inspire talented employees with strong EI.

As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the DistrictManager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.

You'll also play a key role in:

• Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s values
• Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
• To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.
• Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
• To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment

As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.
