Forever New Clothing in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Altona Gate store. You will lead a high-energy retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a Tuesday–Saturday roster, a $1,000 annual clothing allowance, seasonal bonus potential, and generous employee discounts. You’ll develop your team, manage rosters, and embody Forever New's fashion-forward culture.

• You have retail store management experience
• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets

• You have had exposure to performance management

• You can execute effective roster management
• You have previous visual merchandising ability
• You’re open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required
• You understand fashion and trends
