Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Store Manager for the Dulux Trade Centre in Bondi Junction, NSW. You will lead a passionate retail team, drive sales, and promote our market-leading paint range with hands-on leadership.

You'll be accountable for store performance, coaching through KPIs, managing budgets and inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service in a supportive and flexible culture.

What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre store in Bondi Junction, NSW, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you'll work hands-on with a close-knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market-leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.
