DuluxGroup is seeking a Store Manager for the Bondi Junction Dulux Trade Centre in NSW. You will lead and inspire a hands-on team to achieve sales targets, promote our leading paint brands, and deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role you will manage budgets and KPIs, coach staff, and drive a safety-first culture while maintaining strong store operations and inventory control. Join a market leader with a focus on development and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre store in Bondi Junction, NSW, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you’ll work hands-on with a close-knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market-leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.
