Job summary

Hype DC Pty Ltd in Bondi Junction, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium, high-volume sneaker store. You will own a multi-million-dollar business, drive sales, coach a large team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor and across omnichannel touchpoints.

You’ll build a people-first culture, manage rosters and costs, lead recruitment, and shape visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in premium, high-volume or fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hype DC store in beautiful Bondi Junction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing business, build an incredible team and bring the Hype DC brand vision to life.
