What you’ll do:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive Success: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
• Customer Focus: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
• Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
• Implement & Adhere to Policies: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.
