Bart Group’s Sleeping Giant Auburn store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a brand-new team and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

You will motivate your team to hit sales targets, manage daily operations and inventory, and foster a high-performing store culture. Weekend availability and hands-on leadership are essential to success, building lasting relationships with customers.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in retail.
• Sales-focused with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in furniture, homewares or related retail.
