They are now looking for an experienced Store Manager for their store located in the Stonnington region of Melbourne.

Job Description

Responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving financial budgets, as well as maintaining the high-quality presentation and control-specifically but not limited to deli lines.

Main Tasks - Core objectives include

• Leading, coaching and developing your team.
• Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
• Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Rostering staff and cost control, including wages Receiving all orders from the loading area and monitoring stock, including wastage, shrinkage and quality control
• Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display ensuring stock is rotated and kept fresh,
• merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh produce Packing-up store, which includes refrigerating stock and general cleaning.
• Maintaining excellent store presentation.
• Assisting with customer enquiries ensuring a high level of profesionalism is always observed.
• Assisting in all policy and procedures building monitoring and fine-tuning.

Role Details

role is Monday-Friday with 1 weekend day required as needed annual salary of $90,000-$100,000pa depending upon experience.
