RTM is a growing Australian retailer specialising in technology and outdoor gear. We are seeking expressions of interest for a casual retail role across a seven-day roster, designed to fit around other commitments.

The role offers a generous team member discount and opportunities for bonus incentives. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product solutions, merchandize the store, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment across shifts.

About You

You love technology and the great outdoors, you have a passion for boating, camping and off road adventures and would love to work with products that are part of your passion. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and previous experience working in a retail environment to ensure we are assisting out customers with the most up to date information and products.
