Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets on the Gold Coast is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have strong responsibility for shaping store service and product offerings to meet local customer needs, while driving profitability and cost control.

As part of our enthusiastic team, you’ll manage rosters, coach staff, uphold safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service with a hands-on leadership style.
