Frames Now Pty Ltd seeks a Store Manager to lead a creative team across homewares and design. You’ll drive sales, coaching staff, and deliver personalized framing solutions for customers.

Qualifications

As our Store Manager, you’ll lead a talented, creative team in a role that combines customer service, sales, and design. If you love home styling, art, photography, or design — and have a track record of driving results in retail — this is your chance to bring it all together.

Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve their best

Create and present custom framing solutions tailored to each client

What You’ll Bring

Retail management experience (homewares, design, fashion, photography, floristry, lighting, soft furnishings, or similar fields welcome)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

A creative eye and passion for design

Organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
