Job summary

Frames Now is seeking a Store Manager to lead a talented team across our Melbourne stores. You’ll merge customer service, sales, and design to deliver exceptional framing solutions and visual merchandising that showcases our products.

With a background in retail management, you’ll coach and develop staff, drive store targets, and create a welcoming experience for customers who value home styling, art and photography. This is a permanent role in Victoria, Australia.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in homewares, design or related fields welcome.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Creative eye and passion for design.
• Organised, detail-oriented with ability to juggle priorities.
• Positive, approachable personality loved by customers and staff.

As our Store Manager, you’ll lead a talented, creative team in a role that combines customer service, sales, and design. If you love home styling, art, photography, or design — and have a track record of driving results in retail — this is your chance to bring it all together.

What You’ll Bring

Retail management experience (homewares, design, fashion, photography, floristry, lighting, soft furnishings, or similar fields welcome)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

A creative eye and passion for design

Organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
