Job summary

Truckline, part of the Bapcor Commercial Vehicle Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hemmant branch in Queensland. You will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, lead a team, and ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently.

You will coach staff, manage inventory and budgets, ensure WHS compliance, and report on branch performance, with opportunities for career progression within a national automotive aftermarket business.

Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hemmant branch. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, leading a successful team, and ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and developing the branch team
• Driving sales, profitability and branch performance
• Building strong customer relationships and growing existing accounts
• Managing inventory, warehouse operations and stock control
• Ensuring compliance with WHS and company policies
• Monitoring budgets, margins and key performance indicators
• Managing branch administration, invoicing and reporting

Qualifications

About you

• Previous leadership experience in a Store Manager, Branch Manager or similar role
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, industrial, trade or wholesale industries is highly regarded
