LagardèreAWPL is seeking an energetic Full-Time Store Manager to lead our Brisbane Airport store. You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, coach a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards across a fast-paced travel retail environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Confidence to take initiative and own your role
• A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
• Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
• Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
