Job summary

Blue Illusion is seeking a Store Manager to lead a boutique team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This full-time role follows a Tuesday to Saturday roster with a salary package of $65,700 + super and clothing allowance.

You will drive sales through merchandising and product knowledge, build strong local relationships, plan events, and promote the brand’s French-inspired aesthetic within the community.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $65,700 + super + clothing allowance with other incentives and benefits.
