Petstock Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering world-class customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, coach a high-performing team, manage stock and VM standards, and champion safety practices while fostering a fun, inclusive store culture that customers and team members love.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a similar role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor and inspire your team daily.
• Support Store Manager in coaching and developing staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.
• Manage stock levels and ensure stock accuracy across the store.
• Uphold safety, health and store compliance practices.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain VM standards.
