Petstock Group Morley is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support a passionate team in delivering world-class customer service. You will lead by example, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining stock integrity and VM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take the next step up in retail management.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive a high-performing team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor and inspire the team daily.
• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing knowledge and skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading from the front.
• Drive a culture of safety and stock integrity within the team.
• Assist in managing stock and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Recruit, onboard and induct high-calibre new team members and foster a positive in-store culture.
