Job summary

Amplifon Retail is seeking a Retail Store Leader to manage a team of retail sales associates in Adelaide, driving lead generation and achieving sales targets within a busy shopping centre environment.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, coach staff, manage rosters, and play a key role in recruitment and training while maintaining compliance with industry reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving sales and profitability with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to lead by example, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Review data and analytics to guide decision making
• Experience in customer service, sales or administration
• Self-starter with great communication skills to support team and customers

Responsibilities

• Active lead generation by encouraging customers to check their hearing health with a free 5-minute hearing check
• Build rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers
• Explain hearing results and recommend next steps
• Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
• Customer database administration including stock control and invoicing
• Ensure accurate compliance with industry reporting requirements
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs
• Oversee and motivate retail associates to provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in recruitment and training of new team members
• Manage rostering, store meetings, coaching and staff development
