Job summary

Amplifon Australia, a leading retail hearing health provider, is seeking a results-driven team member to support store targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes actively encouraging shoppers to take a free hearing check and building rapport with customers while performing retail and administrative tasks.

You will explain hearing results after training and follow up with leads, contributing to a dynamic sales environment in a convenient shopping centre location.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• A great communicator (written and verbal) to support our team and customers.
• An outgoing, bright and vibrant personality engaging with customers for free hearing checks.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late-night trade.

Responsibilities

• Active lead generation by inviting customers to have a free 5-minute hearing check.
• Build rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones.
• Explain hearing results and discuss next steps (training provided).
• Reconnect with previous customers or new leads via phone-based contact.
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer databases (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Assist with ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager.
