Job summary

Amplifon Springboard in Queensland is seeking part-time retail sales associates to support sales targets and help customers with hearing health assessments. You will join a team of part-time and casual staff in a busy shopping-centre environment.

You will conduct free 5-minute hearing checks, build rapport with customers, and explain results while supporting database management, stock control and invoicing. Training, bonus schemes, and employee discounts add to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or administration.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: invite shoppers to check hearing health with a free 5-minute check.
• Build rapport with new customers and nurture existing relationships.
• Explain results and advise next steps to customers.
• Follow up with previous customers or new leads via phone.
• Manage customer database, stock control and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate compliance and detailed industry reporting.
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager in motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.
