You’ll coach, mentor and guide staff, manage daily operations, handle escalations with calm professionalism and drive engagement through goals and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership with a focus on coaching.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Strong customer service and de‑escalation skills.
• Operational awareness in store environments.
