Job summary

National Storage is seeking a Part Time Storage Consultant to join our Hervey Bay team. You will work across our centres in Hervey Bay and Hervey Bay Airport, delivering excellent customer service and guiding customers to the best storage solution.

The role focuses on customer service, administration, and operations with a roster of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am–5pm. A dynamic employer offers onsite parking and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by guiding customers to the best storage option.
• Conduct centre tours and walkthroughs to showcase facilities.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and general operations of the centres.
• Handle administration tasks such as contracts, inventory and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and targets to uphold high centre standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures.

About The Role: Reporting into the Centre Manager, ourStorage Consultants are vital within our business, as they work closely with our customers and deliver seamless service. We are now looking to recruitaPart TimeStorage Consultant to join ourHervey Bay team. This role gives you the opportunity to work across our centres inHervey Bay andHervey Bay Airport.

The role is exciting & varied, encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks. You will be working for a dynamic and innovative company that is at the forefront of the self-storage industry.

The required roster for this role will be:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday | 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding our customers in making the best choice for their storage needs.
• Conduct centre tours and walk throughs, showcasing our facilities.
• Maintain the centres presentation, cleanlinessand general operational duties.
• Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and targets to ensure our centres always representourhigh standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by adhering to workplace health and safety procedures.
