Storage King in Frankston and Mornington is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time, hands-on leadership role. You will work with store leadership to deliver strong results and outstanding customer service, with a supportive training path.

You should have retail, sales or hospitality experience, be self-motivated, a team player, and able to solve problems. The role offers a stable, friendly culture, clear progression, bonuses, and flexible planning.

The Role:

We currently have a full-time position available for an Assistant Store Manager to join our teams based in Frankston and Mornington. Assistant Store Managers are the key support management role in store and work hand in hand with the leadership to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Working hours:

Tuesday to Saturday

38 hours per week

We are open:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 3pm

Some flexibility will be required for this role.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Ideal if you have a retail, sales or hospitality background
• Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role - training is provided
• Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
• Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
