Job summary

Pine4pple2.0 Pty Ltd in Yatala, QLD is seeking a skilled Stonemason to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will cut, shape and install stone for benchtops, splash backs and related features, working to plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a trade certificate in stonemasonry with 3–5 years of site experience, reads technical drawings, and operates stone-cutting tools safely as part of a construction crew.

Qualifications

• Formal training or qualification in stonemasonry, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• A trade certificate in stonemasonry is required
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in the use of specialised tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and installing stone
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

This full-time role is crucial in supporting and delivering high-quality stone masonry work.

As a Stonemason, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing various types of stone, mainly for the installation of stone benchtops, splash backs, and others.
