Job summary

The Just Group's Peter Alexander brand in Bondi is seeking a Stock Leader to own inventory, keep stock organised and replenished, and work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales. This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday from 7AM, with no weekend shifts.

You'll handle stock administration, inventory control and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers. Competitive hourly rate with penalty rates, 50% discount on Peter Alexander products, and access to training

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or stock management within a retail environment.
• Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to customers.
• Keen eye for detail and administration skills are a plus.
• Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.

About the Role

Step into the magical world of Peter Alexander as our Stock Leader! You’ll be the master of all things inventory - keeping stock organised, replenished and ready for customers to snuggle up in at home. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll ensure smooth stock operations, from administration to inventory control, helping to maximise sales.

When things quieten down behind the scenes, you'll be front and centre, delivering a dream-worthy shopping experience!

This is a FULL TIMErole based in BONDI, requiring availability Monday to Friday from 7AM. NO Weekends!
