Job summary

Viva Energy Australia is seeking a Stock Controller for its Smokemart and GiftBox business. You’ll ensure stores have the right stock at the right time, reporting to the Supply Chain & Allocations Manager and collaborating across teams to keep inventory accurate and support store performance.

You will monitor stock levels, forecast demand, coordinate warehouse allocations, verify deliveries, and generate insightful stock reports to inform decisions and drive cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy with our systems.
• Analyse sales trends to forecast demand and place timely stock orders.
• Coordinate allocations from warehouses to stores to maximise sales and minimise costs.
• Verify deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain quality control.
• Generate stock reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock processes and contribute innovative ideas.
