Park Hyatt in Melbourne is seeking a Team Leader – Stewarding to ensure the smooth running of the department. In this role, you will supervise and guide staff, delegate responsibilities, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced environments and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll work on a rotating roster and support the department mission of creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a similar fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
• Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail and the desire to produce high quality operational and administrative outcomes.
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Stewards and the Manager in the daily operations.
• Delegate responsibilities and duties to Stewarding staff and monitor their tasks.
• Work with the Stewarding Manager to maximize employee morale and productivity.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
