Job summary

ISLHD is seeking a Sterilisation Technician Loan Co-Ordinator at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital. You will play a vital role ensuring equipment is delivered, prepared and ready on time for each procedure, working closely with Theatre staff, surgeons and SSD Management to minimise delays.

Join a growing Sterilisation Services team and contribute to safe handling, processing of loan reusable medical devices, and staff training to strengthen workflows. Applications close 23 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements for Category A role.
• Extensive experience in hospital sterilization with proven loan experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct equipment is delivered, prepared and ready on time for every procedure.
• Collaborate with theatre staff, surgeons, and SSD Management to minimise delays and cancellations.
• Support training and supervision to strengthen efficient workflows in Sterilisation Services.
