Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Drouin, VIC is seeking a Part-time Step-Up Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and manage rosters across split shifts. The role offers 27.5 hours per week with opportunities to develop leadership within a supportive regional office structure.

You will build programs across STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft while fostering strong relationships with families and schools, aiming for future management pathways.

Qualifications

Leadership and roster management experience preferred.
Ability to mentor educators onsite and lead a team.
Willingness to complete background checks and safety training.

Responsibilities

Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite.
Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
Develop skills for progression into future management opportunities.
