Job summary

Ecolinc is seeking a Program Support Officer to assist with a range of administrative tasks, including setting up programs, preparing resources, and supporting staff, events and daily activities.

You will coordinate STEM-in-a-box resources for video conferencing programs and support the Outreach program as needed. The role includes animal welfare, lab support, and occasional after-hours work with time in lieu offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Experience with animals and classroom support preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Admin tasks: clerical duties, resource setup, staff support, events, day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate STEM-in-a-box resources for video conference programs.
• Assist Outreach programs and classroom support as needed.
• Care and welfare of Ecolinc animals; time outside normal hours may be required.
• Support lab activities: set-up, materials handling, and equipment storage.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in curriculum development when required.
