Job summary

Fairhills High School, under the Department of Education Victoria, seeks an accomplished instructional leader to drive STEM and numeracy improvements across Years 7–12. You will lead curriculum development, mentor teaching staff and strengthen partnerships to deliver authentic learning experiences.

This role focuses on building teacher capability, coordinating professional learning and leading whole-school improvement initiatives within a state education framework.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities.

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of whole-school curriculum and pedagogy practices.
